Liverpool are interested in signing Real Madrid Rodrygo during this summer's transfer window, according to Diario AS.
The Brazil international had a good 2024/25 campaign with Los Blancos, making 25 goal contributions in all competitions.
However, his future at the Bernabeu is uncertain. New manager Xabi Alonso regularly left him on the bench at the Club World Cup.
Arsenal have been named as the main suitors for the 24-year-old in recent weeks, but they could face competition from the Reds.
Luis Diaz is presently the subject of interest from Bayern Munich. Should the Colombian leave, the Reds could make a serious move for Rodrygo.
The Santos graduate has his sights on playing regular first-team football from the left wing, but may want playing time guarantees.
This could put Arsenal in a more favourable position, considering Rodrygo could easily start ahead of Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard.
At Liverpool, he may not be an assured starter on the left wing, given manager Arne Slot remains a huge admirer of Cody Gakpo. Diaz could stay at the club too.
