Arsenal are expected to make an improved offer to purchase Spanish defender Cristhian Mosquera from Valencia next week, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Gunners have already purchased Kepa Arrizabalaga, Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard this summer. They are expected to continue the spending spree.
Noni Madueke and Viktor Gyokeres are expected to join from Chelsea and Sporting CP respectively and it is now reported that Mosquera could be on his way to Arsenal too.
The 21-year-old has already given the green light to join the London giants and he could be seen as a replacement for Jakub Kiwior in the Arsenal squad, as per Henry Winter.
Kiwior has been linked with a return to Serie A for some point of time and the Pole could get his wish with Mosquera on his way to the Gunners.
The Spaniard is a left-sided centre-back but can operate on the right. He is also comfortable operating from the right-back position too.
