Tottenham consider Osvaldo

27 May 2008 - 12:45

Daniel Pablo Osvaldo has emerged as a target for Juande Ramos. The Spanish coach is hoping to bring the player in from Fiorentina, and he is valued at around £5 million by his club.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
  • Fiorentina are believed to be ready to cash in on their Argentinian forward this summer, and Tottenham have been linked with a whole host of strikers should Dimitar Berbatov leave the club.

Formerly at Lecce before joining Fiorentina, Osvaldo is considered the new 'Gabriel Batistuta' by the Viola fans.

It will be a big blow to lose the striker, but Tottenham are desperate to buy a new striker.
