AS Roma have made a formal offer to sign Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho, according to Sky Sports News.
The England international has been deemed surplus to requirements by the Red Devils, and he is expected to leave before the transfer window closes.
Sancho has been closely linked with Juventus in the last few weeks, but it is Roma, who have made an official transfer bid for the versatile winger.
The Giallorossi have proposed to pay around 20 million pounds for the former Borussia Dortmund man, but prefer to settle the fee over several seasons.
United are currently considering the proposal on the table. They may still need to offer a big payout to Sancho in order to accept a paycut at Roma.
Besiktas have also been linked with the 25-year-old, but Sancho has no plans of moving to the Turkish Super Lig at the current phase of his career.
Aside from Sancho, the likes of Antony, Rasmus Hojlund and Alejandro Garnacho are expected to leave United before the transfer deadline.
