Arsenal are reportedly keen on landing the signature of Aston Villa playmaker Morgan Rogers this summer.
The Gunners recently suffered a big setback with Kai Havertz picking up a knee injury. He could be sidelined for several months as a result.
Amidst this, the club have acted fast to sign Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace. A verbal agreement is in place and he is expected to join soon.
The Sun now claim that the Gunners are also keen on landing Rogers from Villa. The Englishman's ability to play anywhere in the final third is a prime reason behind the Gunners' pursuit.
However, a deal could be difficult to finalise, considering the Villans have sorted out their financial problems after the big-money sale of Jacob Ramsey to Newcastle United.
Villa are expected to demand at least £80 million for Morgan Rogers and may not entertain anything less to part ways with their prized asset before the transfer deadline next month.
