Arsenal have already scheduled a medical for Crystal Palace playmaker Eberechi Eze on Friday, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Gunners reached an agreement to land the England international from the Eagles last night. He was initially on the verge of joining Tottenham Hotspur, but Arsenal hijacked the deal at the final hurdle.
Eze has already agreed on personal terms with the Gunners and will now undergo his medical with the club tomorrow. He could be in the squad for the Leeds United game, provided he is registered by Friday noon.
Eze was initially touted to feature in the first leg of the Conference League play-off against Fredrikstad tonight, but the playmaker pulled out of the game, citing that he was unwell to play for the club at home.
The 27-year-old is set to become the club's seventh signing of the transfer window after Kepa Arrizabalaga, Martin Zubimendi, Christian Norgaard, Noni Madueke, Cristhian Mosquera and Viktor Gyokeres.
