Antwerp goalkeeper Senne Lammens has reportedly agreed personal terms with Manchester United ahead of a summer transfer.
The Red Devils are aiming to upgrade their goalkeeping department, given Andre Onana and Atlay Bayindir have been injury-prone.
Lammens has now emerged as the top target and Fabrizio Romano claims that the club have agreed personal terms with the shot-stopper.
Talks are also underway with Antwerp for his services. A deal worth €20 million could be finalised to bring him to Old Trafford.
His arrival could coincide with a high-profile exit. Onana could be the likely candidate to leave as he may not accept a back-up role.
The Cameroonian has been linked with multiple Saudi Arabian clubs while AS Monaco also expressed an interest earlier this summer.
United signed Onana from Inter Milan for £47m two years ago, but may have to cut their losses to sanction his sale before the deadline.
They are unlikely to receive more than £20m for his services.
