Bayern Munich have entered the race to sign Arsenal winger Gabriel Martinelli, who could be allowed to leave the Emirates Stadium this summer as the Gunners have made a move to sign Eberechi Eze and Noni Madueke. The North London outfit are looking for around £80 million for Martinelli, and club sporting director Andrea Berta is locked in talks with several clubs interested in the Brazilian winger.
Many reports suggest that a number of Saudi Arabian clubs are keen on signing Martinelli, and the player himself would prefer to stay in Europe as he is concerned a transfer to the Middle East could slow down his progress.
Arsenal are open to offers for the player, who according to reports Mikel Arteta believes is no longer the right left winger for his club, despite adding a lot of defensive strength but not enough attacking output.
Bayern Munich are ready to make a £70 million offer and are hoping that Arsenal will be open to negotiate a lower fee for the Brazilian before the transfer window closes on September 1st.
