Arsenal summer signing Piero Hincapie could make his debut during the Champions League curtain-raiser against Athletic Bilbao on the road tomorrow.
The Gunners take on the La Liga outfit in the opening game of the league phase, and manager Mikel Arteta is likely to make multiple changes to the line-up.
The likes of Gabriel Martinelli and Declan Rice could be reinstated to the starting XI after coming off the bench against Nottingham Forest over the weekend.
There could also be a debut for Hincapie, who joined the Gunners on a season-long loan deal from Bayer Leverkusen before the transfer deadline on September 1.
Hincapie was an unused substitute in the 3-0 win over Forest in the Premier League, but could play some part in the Champions League trip to the Basque Country.
The Ecuadorian can play in central defence or at left-back. With the fierce competition for places, he could make his debut off the bench after the hour mark.
