Arsenal have been handed a big injury boost ahead of the Champions League clash against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday night.
The Gunners take on the Spanish outfit at the Emirates Stadium tomorrow and ahead of the encounter, manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed that Piero Hincapie is 'ready to go'.
The Ecuadorian returned to training after a groin injury last week, but he was not deemed fit enough to make the matchday squad for the Premier League clash against Fulham.
However, his availability has been confirmed for tomorrow and it remains to be seen whether he will make the starting line-up against Diego Simeone's side at the Emirates.
Gabriel Magalhaes has been an undisputed starter in the left centre-back role in the Premier League and Champions League, and it appears unlikely that he will be given a breather.
Hincapie could make an appearance after the hour mark of the contest if Arsenal find themselves in a resounding position with a healthy lead.
