Manchester United have no desire of parting ways with Kobbie Mainoo or Joshua Zirkzee when the transfer window reopens in January.
Mainoo was keen on leaving the Red Devils on loan last summer, but the hierarchy made it clear that he was staying beyond the deadline.
The Englishman has since struggled for regular playing time and he has been a regular on the substitutes' bench for the Premier League games.
Mainoo is determined to push for a temporary move this winter, but United are quite clear that his wish won't be granted once more.
The same is the case with Joshua Zirkzee, who has been linked with a possible move to West Ham United in the last few days, as per Italian sources.
United will be without Bryan Mbeumo and Amad Diallo for several weeks in December and January due to their participation at the Africa Cup of Nations.
This could provide more minutes to Mainoo and Zirkzee in the final third. The duo could get the opportunity to prove their worth to manager Ruben Amorim.
