Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has provided a fresh injury update on Cole Palmer ahead of the Champions League clash against Qarabag on the road tomorrow.
The Blues have had a good start to the campaign, but they will be eyeing a third-straight Champions League win when they face Qarabag at the Tofig Bahramov stadium.
Ahead of the game, Maresca has provided an update on Palmer's recovery from a groin injury and said that the Blues are hopeful that he will be back against Barcelona later this month.
He said: "We hope so [Cole Palmer will be back for Barcelona match]. We try to schedule at the beginning [of his injury], we need to review that. He's still not taking sessions with the team."
The Blues have travelled with a strong squad to Azerbaijan, and Pedro Neto is the only absentee. The Portuguese has probably been given a breather amid his heavy workload in recent months.
