Ballack confident of Germany

Germany midfielder Michael Ballack believes that the team will be on form for Euro 2008, despite the disappointing 2-2 draw with Belarus in their buildup preparations for the tournament.

Ballack is confident that the Germans can go the whole way.



“The training camp is very physical, people are tried, but I am sure we will be on form for the beginning of the tournament,” he told The Telegraph.



“When you look at your group, I think we will make the quarter finals.



“There are many team who are a little better than us in terms of technical quality or individual talent, but I believe that our enthusiasm and team-spirit can compensate.”
