Manchester United will be without the services of Harry Maguire and Matthijs de Ligt for the Premier League clash against Bournemouth on Monday night.
De Ligt has been out for the last two games with a minor injury and manager Ruben Amorim recently refused to put a timescale on a possible return date for the Dutchman.
Maguire, on the other hand, has been nursing a hamstring issue for several weeks and it is uncertain when the Englishman will return to team training once more.
In today's update from Manchester Evening News, it is revealed that the duo have not returned to team training yet and are poised to miss out against the Cherries.
United have been inconsistent in the league this campaign, but they have still picked up 25 points. The club are just one point behind the top four as things stand.
They have the chance to break into the Champions League with a winning run, but it won't be easy with Bournemouth, Aston Villa and Newcastle United coming up.
