It is the transfer season, the time when we talk about millions of pounds. Eyefootball have researched on the wages paid by clubs to the top players and found some interesting results.

<b>Kaka</b> is the best-paid player with a salary of £150,000 weekly. The Brazilian is the World Player of the Year (2007) and AC Milan does make him happy with the hefty wages.



<b>Chelsea</b> is the club that has most number of players in the Top Ten list. They have FOUR big names who receive huge salaries.



The world's most richest club, <b>Real Madrid</b>, however has only one player in the Top Ten - Fabio Cannavaro.
