Bayern Munich are reportedly in pole position to land Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen with Manchester United distancing themselves from the player.
Osimhen made a big-money move to Galatasaray from Napoli last summer and he has been a huge hit with 17 goals and six assists from 25 appearances for them.
The Nigerian ace was signed for around €70 million including add-ons and Foot Mercato claim that the Istanbul giants could sell him off for a significant profit.
United are no longer keen on a deal after landing Benjamin Sesko, but Bayern could make a big-money move as they anticipate Harry Kane's exit in the near future.
The Bavarian giants could be prepared to pay a club-record fee of around €150 million for Osimhen, who is open to joining a bigger European outfit next term.
Osimhen is also a long-term admirer of Serie A giants Juventus, but the Bianconeri are unlikely to afford his services regardless of Champions League qualification.
