Manchester United have the opportunity to land Atalanta midfielder Ederson for a huge bargain price during the summer transfer window.
The Brazil international was a top target for the Red Devils in the summer of 2024, but they could not strike an agreement with the Serie A outfit.
The Red Devils went on to sign Manuel Ugarte from Paris Saint-Germain. The decision has not proved worthwhile over the last two years.
Ugarte has failed to adapted to the higher intensity of the Premier League, and he is expected to push for a new challenge at the end of the season.
Amidst this, Tuttomercatoweb claim that United are back in the pursuit of Ederson, who was previously valued at around 60 million euros.
The 26-year-old could be signed for just 30 million euros this summer, given his current deal with Atalanta concludes in June next year.
Atalanta have failed to convince the midfielder to prolong his stay and they are poised to accept a knockdown price for the Brazilian ace.
