At just 20 years old, he offers a blend of raw potential and tactical maturity that fits perfectly with Arsenal's current squad-building strategy.

The move is also tied closely to the future of Gabriel Jesus. While Jesus remains a valuable member of the squad, recurring injury issues and inconsistency in front of goal have forced Arsenal to reassess their depth in the striker position. The plan is not necessarily to offload Jesus immediately, but rather to reduce reliance on him as the primary backup option behind the main number nine.

Tresoldi would arrive as a developmental player with a clear pathway.
