Tottenham Hotspur target Alvaro Negredo has ruled out any possibility of a move to the Premiership after admitting he was happy staying at Almeria for the long term future.
Tottenham boss Juande Ramos had already hinted he could make an offer for the youngster.
But Negredo said: "I don't think the time has come to make the step to the Premier League.
"I know several Spanish teams are interested in me, but I will only start to think of leaving Almeria if a really interesting offer would permit me to grow."
