Holland's talented midfielder Arjen Robben is believed to be set to miss out on the Netherlands' crucial opening match with Italy in the Euro 2008 tournament.
Robben has had a superb season for his club Real Madrid and is desperate to transfer this form to the European tournament.
However, his hopes of doing so took a massive dent after he sustained an injury in Holland's final training session.
Robben seriously injured his groin and is expected to miss the opening game and perhaps their second.
