New Real Madrid coach Bernd Schuster has declared that he may keep the former Roma defensive midfielder Emerson. There were rumours circulating that perhaps Emerson was ready to move to another club, but this vote of confidence means he could have a future at Real.
The 31 year old has 76 caps for his country and recently played for Roma and Juventus. Roman Calderon had previously declared Antonio Cassano and Emerson had no future at Real.
