Arsenal midfielder Christian Norgaard is set to undergo his medical with Everton on Tuesday.
The Dane joined the Gunners from Brentford last summer and managed just over 100 minutes of Premier League action.
He was a squad player throughout the campaign and has now been permitted to join the Toffees for a fee of £7 million.
Norgaard was recently with the Arsenal squad in Girona and has now been allowed to travel to Merseyside for his transfer.
Everton have scheduled a medical for the 32-year-old tomorrow before he puts pen to paper on a three-year contract.
Norgaard's upcoming exit is a clear indication that Arsenal are preparing to confirm the arrival of Bruno Guimaraes.
The Gunners are in advanced talks with Newcastle United for the player, and could sign him for around £80 million.
Guimaraes is presently with the Magpies in their pre-season camp in Spain, but could travel to London pretty soon.
The Brazilian has already agreed terms with the London giants.
