Arsenal have held talks with Galatasaray over striker Victor Osimhen as part of the negotiations for Gabriel Martinelli, according to The Telegraph.
The Gunners have made just two new outfield signings in Christos Tzolis and Bruno Guimaraes, but more additions are expected in the near future.
A new striker and left winger could be signed and reports claim that Osimhen has emerged as a possible target for the north London giants this month.
Galatasaray are keen on landing Martinelli from the Gunners, and they have already made an opening bid worth £38m, which has been rejected.
The club are prepared to return with a renewed approach and reports claim that there is a good possibility that an agreement could be reached.
Amidst this, Arsenal have also enquired over the availability of Osimhen, though a deal could be difficult to pursue due to the player's wages.
He is already on £307,000 per week at the Turkish champions, and would want close to £400,000 weekly to make the switch to the Gunners.
