Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has provided a fresh injury update on defender Cristhian Mosquera following the 2-1 win over Chelsea in the Premier League on Sunday.
Mosquera sustained a muscle injury during the 1-0 victory over Aston Villa on the road on August 31 and did not make the matchday squad to face the Blues yesterday.
It was initially predicted that he would be deemed fit. When pressed on his absence, Arteta said that Mosquera's concern remains minor and will be analysed in the next few days to see how it evolves.
The Gunners have made a perfect start to the campaign with four straight wins in all competitions and will be aiming to extend the run against Napoli on the road in the Champions League opener on Wednesday.
Ezri Konsa had a fantastic full Premier League debut for the Gunners against Chelsea in central defence, and he looks poised to continue in the role alongside Gabriel Magalhaes in Naples in midweek.
