Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Tottenham Hotspur, Yoro decision made

10 October 2026 - 09:44

Manchester United entertain Tottenham Hotspur in today's Premier League clash at Old Trafford.

  • Chelsea handed Joao Pedro injury boost
  • Mikel Arteta confirms Arsenal trio are available vs Leeds United

  • The Red Devils are on just five points from as many matches and need a big win against Spurs to kick-start their season.

Ahead of the game, manager Michael Carrick has confirmed plenty of absentees.

Patrick Dorgu, Noussair Mazraoui and Benjamin Sesko are all injured. Matthijs de Ligt and Manuel Ugarte are long-term absentees too.

Carlos Baleba could make his debut, but Carrick has hinted he won't start.

    Formation: 4-2-3-1

    Predicted Line-up:

Senne Lammens is a guaranteed starter in goal for the Red Devils.

The defence should remain the same as in the 1-1 draw at Fulham last month. Diogo Dalot, Harry Maguire, Lisandro Martinez, and Luke Shaw will form the back four.

Leny Yoro had a memorable France debut against Belgium, where he won every duel contested and completed 93 per cent of his passes too. Still, he may have to settle for a bench role.

Youri Tielemans and Kobbie Mainoo are expected to start in the centre of the park for the Red Devils, while Bruno Fernandes should be an assured starter in the number 10 position.

In the final third, Marcus Rashford and Bryan Mbeumo should be assured starters on the right and left wing. Matheus Cunha will lead the line, with Sesko out again with a shin injury.

Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Tottenham: Lammens; Dalot, Maguire, Martinez, Shaw; Tielemans, Mainoo; Mbeumo, Fernandes, Rashford; Cunha.
