Arsenal are preparing a January move for Club Brugge striker Nicolo Tresoldi, according to The Sun.
The Gunners currently have Kai Havertz and Viktor Gyokeres as their main strikers, but the latter's future remains uncertain.
Gyokeres has been used as a substitute in the Premier League this term, and reports claim that he could pursue a new challenge.
Amidst this, it is claimed that Arsenal are weighing up a move for Tresoldi, who has already netted nine goals this campaign.
The German ace was linked with a move away from the Belgian side last summer, but Brugge ultimately decided to keep hold of him.
They have no plans to consider a mid-season exit and prefer a summer sale. However, Arsenal are expected to test their resolve still.
Tresoldi was valued at around £26m last summer, but could cost double the price after his tremendous progress in the last few months.
He recently scored a hat-trick against Inter Milan in Europe.
