Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas is happy to help out Spain in any role he is given; even if it means sitting on the bench. The Gunners' midfielder came on late on to score the 4th goal in the 4-1 defeat of Russia.

  • “Of course you always want to be in the starting XI, but I will help the team from wherever,” Fabregas said on Setanta Sports News.



    “If the boss asks me to help from the bench I will do it.”



    ”It is not a problem to be on the bench as I know I can influence things from the bench and I will try and do my best.”
