Blackburn have reportedly moved a step closer to announcing that Paul Ince will be Mark Hughes' successor at Ewood Park next year after the manager agreed terms with John Williams, the Rovers' chairman.
Paul Ince had a very successful spell at Milton Keynes Dons, where he has shown he is capable of taking his footballing abilities from playing into management.
Blackburn were reportedly keen on landing Sam Allarydce as Hughes' successor; but have decided to go for Ince instead.
