Joaquin wants future clear-up

Joaquin wants future clear-up

24 June 2008 - 22:07

Valencia winger Joaquin has asked his club bosses to tell him quickly whether they still want him at the club or not, according to the Madrid based sports daily Marca.

  • Chelsea suffer big injury blow ahead of Everton game
  • Enzo Fernandez refuses to rule out Chelsea exit
  • This follows weeks of speculation on the former Real Betis youngster moving away from the Mestalla this summer. Joaquin was frozen out of the Valencia set-up last season under the already departed coach Ronald Koeman.

That caused him a place in the Spanish national squad for the Euros and Joaquin is very much keen on clearing up the fog of uncertainty that enshrouds his future.

Joaquin's agent has declared that there have been offers from England and Italy and made it clear that if indeed the club is not ready to allow any space in the set-up next season to Joaquin, then the player would move on.
