Harper may stay at Reading

04 July 2008 - 07:43

Reading boss Steve Coppell has confirmed that midfielder James Harper could well be staying at the club - despite the interest of Fulham, Middlesbrough of Wigan.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • "I don't expect any players to move out of the club in the next week or so," he said. "There has been a lot of talk but not a lot of reality. We have valuations and, if they are met, players may go."

Harper is now expected to stay at Reading despite the interest in the £3 million man.
