09 July 2008 - 18:37

Spanish club Valencia are reportedly in the market for a new goalkeeper and according to DiarioSport, Los Che are hunting teenager Sergio Asenjo.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Man Utd serious about signing Rafael Leao
  • The 19-year old Real Valladolid is one of the promising young players in entire Spain and is being chased by a number of other clubs. But according to some Spanish reports, Valencia are very much keen on lading the player at the Mestalla by the time the next season starts in late August.

Valencia are also after the Sevilla first choice custodian Andres Palop but their bid for their former graduate has been rejected as the Andalucian club want more cash for the Spanish international.
