West Ham have been linked with a shock move for former boss Harry Redknapp. Redknapp is currently in charge at Portsmouth, but the Hammers are considering a shock move for their former coach.
It is understood that the West Ham board room are still unsure about Alan Curbishley's credentials to take the club to the next level.
Regardless of that, Curbishley is stalling over talks for a new contract at the Hammers.
It is understood that there are whispers around Upton Park that Redknapp has been pinpointed as the successor to Curbishley, should he decide to quit or the club sack him.
