Barcelona president Joan Laporta has backed Pep Guardiola to become a success at the club, despite a difficult start to life at the helm in charge of the Nou Camp giants.
"We were prepared for a tough start and we know that we have be more united than ever. This is a delicate time," he said.
"It is good to recognise your mistakes, but you have to always correct them an improve without becoming bogged down with self-criticism.
"I know the coach is clear and direct and he lifts people. He knows what went wrong and he will try to fix that."
