Clement may quit PSG

13 September 2008 - 13:51

Paris St. Germain midfielder Jeremy Clement has admitted he could look for a departure away from the club, despite only joining 18 months ago. Clement appears to have been replaced by Claude Makelele.

  • Chelsea handed big injury boost for Bayern clash
  • Fernandes unhappy with Man Utd role under Amorim

  • “Any player wants to feature in as many matches as possible,” he explains to the club’s official website, “This year it is likely that I will play less but I will make a final assessment at the end of the season. For my part, there is no concern at present and I hope to play on Sunday [as Claude Makélélé is suspended]. I extended my contract at the beginning of the season because I feel content in Paris. I continue to aim for a starting spot.”
