Del Piero okay with Ranieri

Despite reports that Alessandro Del Piero had a frosty relationship with Claudio Ranieri, the Italian has moved to reject the claims and says their relationship, although not 100percent, is perfectly fine. Del Piero had been linked with an exit from Juventus this morning.

“It was not my personal question with the trainer,” Del Piero explained. “It was a question of general rapport.



“We worked a lot on the head during the international break, we had to improve many things, and in these cases talking is always useful.”
