Chelsea manager Luiz Felipe Scolari explained that he feels the club are among the top 10 sides in the world, but insisted he is expecting his side to improve this year. Chelsea face the tough trip to struggling Roma tonight.
Scolari, speaking to the BBC, said, "We are one of the best teams in the world, we are not the best, but we are very good.
"We need to reach more finals and win more finals to say we are better than last season; we cannot say that now.
"We have played very well up to this point, but we need to arrive in more finals.
"There are other teams that are playing very well too. I am not a man who would say 'we are the best in the world'."
