Adriano Galliani has ruled out a January transfer move for Karim Benzema of Lyon. The forward has been linked with a departure after admitting he would like to leave France in the near future.
"Benzema is a good player, but we haven't spoken to him," he told Corriere dello Sport. "Aulas and Lyon are a very expensive shop, so he will stay where he is. I don't want to disturb Lyon. Benzema is a great player, he is young, but there is really nothing there with us.
"I have a love for another centre forward: Eto'o."
