Man Utd interest in Hamsik

Napoli's chairman Pierpaolo Marino is honoured that Man Utd have taken an interest in young Slovakian international, Marek Hamsik. Marino credits the interest to Napoli's rapidly improving scouting network.

Marino took a risk on the young Slovakia international, snapping up Hamsik from Brescia as bigger clubs, like United, hesitated. Man Utd took an interest in the player this week, impressed with his form in Serie A this year.



"We're honoured that Hamsik is now attracting a lot of interest from Manchester United and Ferguson," Marino told reporters this morning.
