Tottenham's move for Wigan midfielder Wilson Palacios is apparently nowhere near completion, as the two sides battle over a transfer fee for the Honduras international holding midfielder.
It is understood that Wigan are looking for more than the 10 million GBP that Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has apparently offered.
The Wigan boss quipped: "Anyone who has watched Wilson for the last six months will now what they are getting.
"The size of the fee, I believe, has been agreed.
"But in terms of the payment, Mr Levy wants it over something like 55 years!"
