Newcastle are considering a move for Bolton goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen. The goalkeeper has yet to sign a new deal at Bolton and his contract is set to run out this summer.
Any move in January could cost Newcastle around £1m, but Bolton would be keen to redeem a fee for the keeper who could leave on a bosman in January.
