Man City to bid for Adebayor

Man City to bid for Adebayor

24 May 2009 - 07:20

According to reports this morning, Manchester City will make an offer of £22 million to Arsenal to land Togo international striker Emmanuel Adebayor.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
  • Arsene Wenger has kept the striker out of the side of late to rest a groin injury, but it is looking more than likely the forward will be heading for the exit door.

Chelsea and Barcelona are also interested in the former Monaco man, but the Gunners will be happy to sell to the club that bid the highest amount.

Adebayor has reportedly told those at the Emirates that he has played his last game for the club.
