Brede Hangeland is reported to be in discussions with his club Fulham concerning a move to London rivals Tottenham Hotspur in July. Hangeland excelled at the heart of an impressive Fulham side last year.
Spurs are reportedly ready to offer as much as £10 million to lure the Norway international to White Hart Lane.
Hangeland is also being closely monitored by a number of other clubs, including Aston Villa and AC Milan.
However, Hangeland is keen to stay in London and Harry Redknapp is a big fan of the centre back.
