van der Vaart pines for Hamburg

Holland and Real Madrid midfielder Rafael van der Vaart has admitted that he misses his former club, Hamburg, and that he hopes to someday return to the Bundesliga side.

Van der Vaart has endured a mixed start to life at Real Madrid last year, and is reportedly keen to make a move.



Hamburg emerged as one of the clubs who may sign him.



van der Vaart said of the move: "I will come back to HSV some day. I know I will."
