Burnley want Youssouf Hersi

Burnley are preparing for their first season in the Premiership with a move for Dutch midfielder Youssouf Hersi, according to reports from the Netherlands this morning. Currently playing at FC Twente, Hersi could be allowed to leave for around 2.5 million GBP.

Aged 26, Hersi's best years lie ahead of him, and the player is ready to try his luck in the Premiership.



Hersi came through the youth ranks at Ajax, and some good performances for Twente last year have seen a number of clubs express an interest in the Ethiopian-born player.
