Luca Toni could be on the move to West Ham according to reports from London this morning. West Ham boss Gianfranco Zola is a big fan of the forward, currently playing at Bayern Munich.

However, Toni will not come cheaply for the Hammers, with figures in the region of £9 million being suggested to allow Bayern Munich to let their talented Italian forward quit the club.



West Ham are actively looking for a new striker and have already explored the option of signing Eidur Gudjohnsen from Barcelona.
