Liverpool are considering a swoop for VfB Stuttgart's 28 year old Brazilian-born striker Cacau. According to reports from Brazil this morning, Liverpool will offer a fee in the region of £4.5 million to land the 28 year old.

Cacau has been in Stuttgart for over seven years and is desperate to try his hand in another league whilst he is in the form of his career.



Recent performances have seen the forward at the top of the shortlist of several of Europe's biggest clubs, and recent call ups for the Germany international team by Joachim Low is just reward for the frontman.
