Pundits note that if the Scottish side lose and Valencia win, then the Spanish side will reach the knock-out stage, they will have to do it without defenders David Navarro and Miguel. The duo both sustained injuries in the weekend’s 1-1 draw with Villarreal and they join Jeremy Mathieu on the sidelines for this match. The draw left Valencia fifth in La Liga, 11 points adrift of Real Madrid at the top of the table.
With Barcelona and Real already ten points clear of the chasing pack, Valencia will be looking to cement their usual spot of third and with it continued Champions League football.

The Turks final real chance to pick up their first Champions League points will be in their final group game against Rangers. Valencia looks to be a step too far for Bursaspor though.
