Tottenham are struggling to agree a fee with Internacional of Brazil regarding the transfer of forward Leandro Damiao.
Damiao, 21, has already played for the national side of Brazil twice and is regarded as one of the best young forwards in his homeland.
It is believed that Internacional are waiting for an offer of about 8m GBP for the striker.
