Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has been scouting Lyon midfielder Clement Grenier for over a year, and will finally make an offer for the youngster this summer.

According to reports from France, Grenier is allowed to leave Lyon if a bid in the region of £3 million is made.



Tottenham are currently discussing transfer targets internally, Grenier being one of them.



The player represents the French under-20 side and is considered one of the brightest prospects in France.
