Forlan rules out Tottenham move

Diego Forlan has essentially ruled out a move to Tottenham. The Uruguayan striker has announced that he would like to carry on playing at Atletico Madrid next year.

"I have two years left on my contract,'' he told ESPN. "There are rumours that the club are looking to ship me out, but I'm relaxed - I have two years left on my contract and I aim to fulfil that.''



Forlan had been linked with a 7m GBP move to Spurs.
